Hot Pick

Selecting Brian Atwood as a head-designer is probably the best choice of Bally. He has an amazing sense and does urban and inspiring designs. And this shoe that is from Fall/Winter08-09 collection, is the proof of Atwood's talent. I almost fall in love with it when i first saw it. That's why i can't stop myself from posting it. Hope you all like it!

Answer is : HUGE!

As I was running an eye over the collections of this fall, one thing really caught my eye. And it is those huge jewelleries. Almost in every collection the size of the jewelleries is huge. Whether this jewellery is a cuff or a ring or a beaded necklace, it doesnt matter. What matters is it must be HUGE! If it is a ring the ring is huge or if it's a beaded necklace it is made by huge beads.
In conclusion; what is our mission for this fall? To get huge jewellery! :))

Lanvin -Paris Fall 2008 RTW

Alber Elbaz. He did what we are in search for. This collection he tells us about a powerful, posh and desirable woman. She is usually in black or still covered with the darkness of the night. Yet she is not afraid to throw some stardust to her dark dresses. Imagine a mature, stunning woman covered up tightly with her clothes that shows her features in a perfect way. Yes this is what Mr. Elbaz did for Lanvin Paris Fall 08 Ready To Wear Collection.

Grosgrain which is a heavy silk cloth is mostly used for fabric. And ribbon is like the answer of the collection. Vertical or horizontal ribbons get the shape of a slender woman and makes fashion world a paradise. Color of the collection is rather dark, as i mentioned it's mostly black sometimes grey, dark brown or dark blue. Inspite of this darkness of the collection, crystals are perfectly added to the clothes.
Designes point out the shape of woman body and forces us to think it will never be possible to stay alive as a woman without noncontestable gorgeousness.

Falling Into BURBERRY PRORSUM

It's undeniable that my one and only love is Burberry Prorsum nowadays. For the last two years, for each season Christopher Bailey makes fashion comfortable yet very chic and elegant. No matter if he's introducing girl to boy, or drawing a sporty look; he never gives up creating fresh, urban and stylish women.
For Burberry Prorsum Pre-Fall 2008 Collection he seems to get helped by couture. We see famous Burberry coats beaded and piped, designed to fit at the top but loosing at the bottom. And of course Bailey gets help of the waistbelts to creat those wonderful fitting appearances at the top.
If we examine the entire look, we can easily see different textures mixed up perfectly which adds an avantgarde look to each design.
Thanks to Bailey to make my day with his designs :))

From Fashion To Charity

Dorothy Perkins cooperated with Woodland Trust to encourage consumers to help the charity. By ending up with a limited edition called Woodland Trust charity range, Dorothy Perkins is standing up for the nature. £5 from the sale of each piece will go towards the charity. So that the consumers help to plant more trees and raising awareness of the climate change.

Say Hello To Fuchsia!

Yesterday i was shopping with my friends and i'd got an eye on a fuchsia bikini. Inspite of being a girl of black white and grey, i adore the color of the bikini. Also it has been on my mind that a fuchsia nail polish can be amusing. So i ended up posting about the color fuchsia. A brand of coloured pencils, named Venus Paradise, had a coloured pencil called Hollywood Cerise that was fuchsia, in the 50s. And that tone now has become one of the most popular tones that are used in fashion.
From highheels to headbands designers love to add some fuchsia. So lets get inspired and add some fuchsia to our lives :))
